Very old hotel. Infected with bed bugs. Hotel badly needs renovation or demolition needed. Will not go there again

My stay at the hotel was comfortable, room was clean and staff was friendly. It is close to the karol bagh market. Only issue was that the room was a bit gloomy.

Over all the hotel is good. Worth for money food quality is average but location is excellent in heart of karol bagh. It’s the market place basically all types of food available. So you can take outside food rather hotel food

I reached hotel around 2 hour before the timing but still receptionist allowed to checked in and the room was little old apart from that staffs and location were quite good, so i'd love to stay again.

Very good as local market and metro station available in very short distance. Hotel managers are not cooperating regarding car bills, (offering very higher rate then market )

Bedsheet and other furniture were too old and dirty. Bedsheet and quilt were sticky. Damp in room aswell as in washroom.

Nice stay. Courteous staff. Window ac be replaced with spilt ac. Old fans making noise also replaced with new. Food quality is good.

Deluxe room. They mentioned but even ordinary room specifications followed. And no drinking water. They want money 33 rupees. Its basic. Hotel have to provide. Bathroom door is not closing properly. How they put 3 star. Wrongly chosen
