For complementary breakfast only two or three choices were available. Some leak was there in faucet. All other things were okay.

Good ambience, spacius rooms, good food, cordial staff. No restaurant, limited option for inroom service. Limited staff, only one person available to serve complimentary breakfast for entire hotel. Housekeeping not upto the standard, every time staff forgets to refill some of the complimentary items offered to guest. Every day need to remind and to place multiple request to replenish the complimentary items(such as drinking water, tea pouch, liquid soap, tissue papper glass, cup etc) sometimes they forget to provide the items like spoon, bowl etc to take food in room. Need to ask and wait long till they provide the items. Billing tooks longer than usual time. Cost of room is almost 33% higher than the rooms with similar ammenities in nearby hotels. need to cross around 700mtrs of bumpy aproach road to reach hotel.

You people must mention zero rating for some cases. No hot water, no goid meals, and even the staff having high attitude to no serve people. Will not opt this in future

terrible staff, ruthless and doesn't care even if the customer dies in delhi winters. when informed the bathroom is stinking like piss he says will clean it off in 2 mins at 12.45 in midnight instead of keep the room clean and ready before the guest arrives.

Rooms are decent but hotel boys are not good they bill the food amount which does not belong to me. And tell the manager to check the cctv camera

Economical, near to igi airport near and clear hotel, highly recommended. Access to the pick and drop facility at the doorstep of the hotel. Located approx 700 meters from the main mahipalpur road, 10 mins away from airport

Experience was very worst. To reach to hotel i had to walk for 1km approx. Then where i booked the room there was no room and they shifted my booking to other branch. Again i had to walk in late night. Room was very worst and bed was not clean it's gave a itch i skin.

Staff was very friendly and supportive. Room was neat and clean all the amenities provided bed was so comfy. I had business conference after i came i slept very well and location is near the airport terminal so. Easy to reach

One of my longest stay for delhi in this hotel. Good atmosphere and good behaviour of staff. Good food and stay. Overall nice and one of the best 4-star hotels near airport. Connectivity is good by bus as well as metro rail.
