The stay was very budget friendly and the rooms were very comfortable the checkin and checkout process was smooth and staff member tanvir was very friendly in helping in all the process

They don’t have manners to how to talk with guest and they are very lazy i ordered breakfast at 10:30 they served my breakfast at 12:15

Room provided was not as per the promised size. 2. Bathroom was exposed to the terrace of front building without any cover in ventilation. 3. Shower, flush nothing was working well. 4. Water kettle know was not cleaned as we found fungus in drop knob. Room is not at all maintained.

The rooms are quite small. Room service is bit slow. Staff behaviour is good. Need to improve facilities and focus on cleanliness

Poor experience. Hotel did dirty to us. They overstayed there prior guest in our rooms without even notifying us ahead of time. Then they sent us to the cheapest hotel saying it’s their property due to which we had to find ourselves another hotel in the middle of the night

There is no hot water provided by hotel when the climate was 10 degree celcius. Didn't get breakfast on time, it took 2hrs to receive breakfast when ordered.

Bathroom is not cleaned, in bedroom all placed covered on dust including water glass. All bedsits are not clean, dirty smell rooms are very small haven’t place for two people
