First of all the hotel’s location is at the worst place possible i. E inside a congested narrow lane. The rooms are in a disaster state with whitewash paints, broken switch boards, broken taps and bathroom harwares. The food is good over here.

It was not less than a scene of the railway station when i entered in the hotel. My room was smelly and not looking fresh. Not cleaned, foul smell jn the room, tv was nit working, very small room. When i asked the manager to change the room, he denied and refused for any coperation. He offered another room for wxtra amount, i paid extra 800 for another room.

Not upto our expectations, too small rooms, bathroom windows were broken. Orders are taking 1 hr to serve, and food quality very poor. Very bad experience.

Overall okay stay but the bathroom was really unhygienic. Simple stuff as cleaning the sink, mirrors, floor, toilet was not done. Bring sleeping earplugs with you as the lobby can be very noisy if your room is near it.

The hotel was dirty, ac and tv not working and nobody cares after multiple calls also no response. Order tea and breakfast they serve outside food from the roadside hawker. Checked out at 3 pm the same day and arranged for another stay. Total waste of money.

The hotel stay and staff members experience was great, even the staff was very supportive. One just need to take care of the surrounding area, which in case is a bit crowded.

Very poor response received. At the time of check in the hotel manager denied that there was no vacant room available after pure booking and shifted to another hotel. Guys pols don't book in future in this hotel.
