Hotel thoda acha thai but maim jab v ha gayi to room dhekha main e book kaya thai twins bed but unnho sir 1bed vala room diya fir bole available nhi hai aap cancel kardo but night ke 12 baje the to main e cancel nhi kaya but hotels ke pics maim hotel jaisa hai real maim baht jada different hai na v ha ka door ache se lock hota hai n washroom ka door n toilet ka flash kam karta n kuch main e bola to vo bole kuch time bad kam karne legega but kuch b hi working nhi n washroom maim water thik se ata hai kuch b hi thik nhi ye hotel ka unko cab ke lye bola to vo muze bole hmari cab v ha jati nhi hai ya available nhi is hotel mai booking karna matlab apne trip ko kharab karna/

We stayed for a night. The staff was absent at most times, the room service was terrible and extremely delayed. We ordered a hot and a cold coffee and after 40 mins we were informed that there was nobody to make the drinks. Then we were told that only hot coffee would be available. Moreover, the room was not clean. There was an eaten pratha piece on the side table, there were stain marks on the bedsheet and tables, the water was not available.

I reached hotel around 11:45 PM and hotel staff told me that they were sold out. It is surprising that even I booked the room 15 days befor still they were full. How they gave my room to somebody else even I informed the hotel around 5 PM to confirm my visit. I was wondering here and there in mid night with my family and my 5 years old sick daughter . This experience also put a big question mark on MakemyTrip as there customer care executive was not able to provide any support because of date change after mid night. I request everyone to avoid this hotel as they are not humans. They were able to see my trouble still they left me and my family in the dark.

Very horrible experience. I neglected the previous guest review. Romm not allotted in the same hotel, adjust near by hotel which is more than 1 km. That room is also not standard, look like a very low hotel. I suggest not to book

Hotel location is very bad, staff is very bad. Staff took full amount frome for airport cab for next day early morning but in morning, he was sleeping and drunk. We faced difficulties in reaching airport. So. Unprofessional staff.
