I would say go for it if youre looking for budget and good hotel with low price me and my husband stay there for 03 dys the food we ordered and the rooom we get is pretty good all my experience is i just love will travel more going to stay there again

The hotel had ceiling all over and the room was smelling too bad and bathroom was also not clean moreover the drainage of the washbasin was not working, very bad stay tbh one of the worst day yet

Bad check-in experience

At the time of check-in in the hotel where i had booked, the manager gave me the room in some other hotel. Since it was night time, i was forced to stay in another hotel. Rohit, the manager at the reception, had a very rude behavior.

The hotel was good the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Staff were attentive and friendly, but always late to help. The location was convenient and close to public transport. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended

It was a horrible experience there, they made us shift to different hotel when room was already booked, they just said that rooms are not available even when i argued about the booking was already made still they made us shift.

My stay was good, also it can be better and improved if some basic things are added such as cleanliness of the room. Room fresheners should be used often as there is some weird smell every time i come. Rest all is good.

Disrespectful lady at the reception who started yelling at my parents

The rooms were pretty good for the price. But had a very bad experience with a lady who sits at the reception. She is highly unprofessional and speaks in a very condescending manner. She smirked at my parents for not being fluent in hindi. Eventually she yelled at them saying you cant leave your room without paying the food bill. This was when they were just going out to the city for shopping. They told her that they will pay it together at the end during check out which is what happens at almost every hotel but she proceeded to yell at them. This was just one of the incidents that happened with her. Extremely horrible experience ! she is in need of proper training on how to treat guests. Other than her the gentleman who checked us in early in the morning was exceptionally good. But this lady spoiled our entire stay, dealing with her was half the work. I would have given a better rating if not for this one lady.

There is no proper maintenance, cleaning also not good hairs were there and the bathroom curtains were unhygienic, for handwash they gave medimix (rs. 5 ) and clinic plus shampoo(rs. 1) so pathetic and nightmare for me to stay even for an 1 hour

Room a/c is not working no toilet paper in the washroom there is no wifi facility washroom dor is broken. Because i'm didn't stay overnight. Because i'm didn't stay overnight. My check out time 5 pm same day
