First we got an unclean room and reported to reception. They immediately checked and gave us a far better and cleaner room. We stayed with family for 5 nights, 2 rooms. Value for money. Close to railway station.

Food we did not have. Rooms were filthy and stinking. Management has no control. Not recommended at all.

Seriously this is the worst stay i have ever face, there is no staff or receptionist available at any time, you have to search all the things by your own self, no one available to help you. There is only one staff available there and his nature is very rude. The location is very bad, there is no cooking staff available in the kitchen for preparing food, all the services are very very baad

The hotel is built up very nicely but the service is not good . It seems like its too big for them to handle . The restaurant has menu card but nothing is available apart from the buffet. The staff are not welcoming. There are no windows in the room. Water clogging is a big issue in bathrooms and wash basin. The staff are not properly informed about the hotel. The buffet was good. The ambience is good. The TV did not work for me all 3days of my stay. WiFi intermittently worked and the staff showed no willingness to get me online, so even I gave up. The location was nice and very calm. Most of the rooms hot during the days even when the A/C is on. For me, the location worked out as I wanted a hotel in Baner. There are no super markets near by. For everything you need a vehicle or need to walk 1. 5 km to buy anything, as there is nothing around.

Business hotel

Affordable hotel near Railway Station (Paharganj side) for one or two day stay for business. Good/Fit for business solo traveller . Nearest metro station is Rajiv Chowk which can be reached by Rikshaw or Auto for Rs. 30 . Its a very old hotel and tariff is very affordable. But you need to book in advance as often the hotel is sold out.

Locality is so bad, never book this hotel, noise pollution is also there, nothing to see outside from hotel, taxi and auto riksha don't know about this hotel ,. MMT please don't put this hotel in your cite

Cleanliness was worth ...

Start with a room condition it was dirty, no Cleanliness, only a bed was there ... Then a bathroom, it was worth. No towel, no shop, nothing was there, Service was OK, food was good. Picture that I saw was very different than this. I must say don't go with the pic, it's not a good at all ...

Rooms are neat and clean, staff are well mannered, food is good. There is proper parking space, hotel Ambiance fantastic. Value for money. Wi-Fi is awesome. Totally secure hotel. Well maintained rooms fully decorate.

It was nice stay there in the hotel we have visited Delhi because some of our business trip. Room was clean location was OK but one of the problem there was the breakfast they served go is was not up to the mark.

Hotel location is very suitable as it is near new Delhi railway station Pahadganj side. Staff is good food is good rooms could be better at this rate. You can stay here with family. Over all good hotel.

Good but not up to the mark

We had stayed in this hotel for 1 night. They gave us early morning check in 6am but the room which they gave us 106 was not good there is smell of paint. Washroom is not clean my suggestion is this see the room than book and stay.

The Reception Staff, Room Service, overall happy with the service. Have lived here several times before. Value for money through make my trip. Area is dead post 9pm. But its close to Connaught Place. New Delhi station is 5 mins. Ajmeri Gate metro is close by. So no problem with connectivity. 30 mins to Domestic Airport. Overall happy with the Hotel.

This is a true Value for Money Hotel. No unnecessary facilities no unnecessary charges. Just all those that you really need. Entry is seemingly bad while rest all experience is excellent. Ease of location is the biggest advantage.
