The food was very poor despite asking for specific food and it not coming. Extra long wait for food. Breakfast menu awful and not clean. Unable to eat the meals we paid for. Cigarette smoke smell in and out of room, noisy. Reception staff were friendly, but took a long time to respond to a pillow and a towel. Only 1 supplied in room for 2 people.

We did online booking and reached at around 10. 30 pm. The restaurent was about to close and we had to take a dinner at room but the drink we ordered was heavily over charged and the behaviour of the staff was annoying. They takes advantages if you do not have the choices and situations.

I recently stayed at your hotel and requested a gst bill for the services availed. Unfortunately, the hotel staff denied providing the gst invoice, which was highly disappointing. As per gst regulations, it is mandatory for businesses to issue a proper tax invoice when gst is charged. Denying this not only breaches compliance but also creates inconvenience for customers who rely on such bills for claiming input tax credits or maintaining financial records. I urge the management to address this issue promptly and ensure that all customers receive proper gst invoices without hassle in the future.

The room is big and spacious. The bed was also good, but the mattress was pretty out of shape. The bathroom was definitely not how a four-star washroom is. Overall, for a night to catch a flight, it’s a decent hotel, but definitely not a four-star.

The hotel have not basic amenities and services. The way that they provide services is horrible. Tv not working, electrician didn’t came whole night, not having proper cosmetic items and on phone they proudly says “saboon hai na”.

Leaking and rusty taps, dirty beddings, torn and smelly towels, poor air conditioning, door locks were creeping outside doors. I am 35 yr old male and i was feeling unsafe in this hotel. The worst decision i've ever made. But believe me it's all trash

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. Its location, being so close to the airport, was incredibly convenient for my travel plans. Upon arrival, i was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made me feel immediately at home.
