The location of the hotel is so congested, very narrow road such a gall i type. U showed it is only 10 minutes walking distance from ndls railway station, but it is much more than distance from ndls railway station. The hotel is so dirty, old furniture, so old door and it doesn't locked properly. Door is also broken. The bathroom door is so dirty. Some mouse are moving here and there. So old and dirty blanket provided. In rs. 1500 this is injustice. In this budget i could get much better amenities. Bathroom ventilator is broken and and can see from outside. This hotel was a nightmare for me.

Worst hotel, you may end up having skin diseases, has rats moving in and torn blankets. They don’t even provide water bottles and if asked, will charge you for same

I found it via mmt. The stay was not upto the mark. I booked an executive room. Room can never be called an executive room. No wardrobe and bathroom hanger was completely broken. Bathroom was not clean. Next the ac not functioning properly and also they were switching it off, morning when we woke up, we asked them to switch it on again. The reviews i saw and the experience i got was contradicting each other. Also 2 times the room boys were directly trying to open the door rather than knocking or calling the bell. I found that weird, too. Also, you dont get any complementary water bottles.

What to say......pathetic is very low few word for this lethargic... seamless hotel and his shameless staff... no AC , no blanket,no water, 1 wetty towel for 2 people.. they are not providing second linen for second occupancy. We are paid for double AC room but get non ac room with out any amenities even TV is not working....

It's not a newly built hotel. Broken toilet seat, broken doors, broken door locks, no tv, dirty blankets. They turn the ac off always. Terrible stay

No lock from inside for toilet door, nothing to hang our bath towel inside the bathroom, torn blanket. I reached there around 2am (informed them well in advance) and we were given worst AC room, where AC stopped working after a few minutes or hours (we were sleeping as it went off). We checked out as soon as we woke up. They offered another room and as we looked up the ceiling, there was no fan and water was dripping on to the bed from fan point and as we showed them this, they offered another room, which was far better. But remember, I paid ₹1500 plus for a “store room” on our first day of stay, which they should have compensated. Don’t prefer to stay here again.

It is the best budget hotels in pahaganj, offer free wifi, parking and 24hr room service. The staff were very friendly, they help us with our luggages. Good hospitality
