Comfortable & pleasant stay

A cozy property situated in the southern part of the city, the hotel is an oasis of calm amid-st the bustle of delhi. The rooms have been recently refurbished, and the staff is top-notch: polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet is fairly decent, with a ton of made to order items available. One of our party ended up using the gym, and found it to be adequately stoclrd with a range of the latest equipment. Overall, the hotel makes for a comfortable and utterly satisfactory stay.

Great location, nice food and lobby ambiance. However the rooms and decor has now become olden, needs a little facelift. Overall experience was good and value for money.

The stay was very comfortable and nice. The room service was very good. Initially, the dinner in the room, which was a bit different from what i ordered. But, after discussing with the concerned hotel staff over the telephone, they have replaced the whole foods as per order. The above service was very polite and kind. I really thanks to them and makemy trip for providing such services. Done.

the hotel was in a great location and the service provided by the team was excellent! they room was comfortable… soft bed with lots of pillows, hot shower, and cold a/c. the breakfast was delicious and they had both items on the buffet and made to order items. we stayed 3 nights and i was not bored by the breakfast.

Filthy 5 star hotel with 25 percent lamps not working, had to get the same rectified late in the evening. Had asked for iron in the morning, had given broken press. Had to ask for hangers in the ward, only plus point was the food in the restaurant won't suggest this hotel to anyone. Final rating. 2 out of 10

The behaviours of hotel staff was not accepted. They are rude. Also they have room available for early checking but they asked extra money for early checking( we reach at hotel 11 am)

They were careless about handling my luggage, they told me go inside and rhey would send my luggage as there was another car behind. Didn’t even let the cab driver get down to check iff luggage was unloaded. They forgot to unload my bag from the cab and made me pay 2000- for another cab to get my luggage back from gudgaon. This was completely unethical and unacceptable. I’ll never recommend anyone ever to stay in such a careless hotel. Badly disappointed.

Jaypee offers a very easy and well-connected location to any part of the delhi. Breakfast buffet is full of many indian, continental, and healthy items to chose from. Staff is very cooperative and helping, they will make sure your stay has no hurdles. The pool is a biggest plus along with beautiful gardens and markets at 50-100m from the hotel. I love my morning walks in these lush green parks and evening chi in bustling markets. Jaypee offers comfort that's like home to me.
