The stay was great. Rooms were clean. Staff was pretty cooperative. Close to many landmarks and metro station so easy access of transport

The hotel is well located and the staff is courteous and prompt. The infrastructure is old and dated. The carpets are tattered and the room had dirt and grime in the sink/ shower area/ carpet area and the beside tables were just about holding on. The breakfast is poor in it's combinations and options. Even the tea and coffee had to be re-done as it just wasn't right. Considering my stay was short and the purpose of my visit needed me to spend limited time at the accommodation, i couldn't spend time addressing these issues.

Rooms were small as compared to budget, toilet clauset was broken one side, wash basis tap was not good, water from bath area flowed out all over,, kettle for warm water was broken

Very old and clumsy ambience, carpets causes lot of allergy. The food was also not good and to serve breakfast at reception was awful.

The property was at good location but rooms are average. Staff is polite. Gym is not working all machines are damaged. Food is average

Rooms not cleaned since ages, spider webs, bed bugs roaming around in the room. Food quality not at all good

Location was just opposite the aiims burns and trauma ward, which was convenient to access most of the central tourist spots (by auto/cab. However mentioning location as safdarjung enclave is a bit cumbersome. Aiims trauma centre is a much better landmark. Hotel was average for a business hotel. Room was of decent size, not too big. Bathroom amenities were basic nothing fancy as one would expect from a business hotel with room rent of 6k+ per night. There were issues with a/c and tv but the service personnel were exceptional and fixed things even late in the night. One had to remind the reception for switching on hot water after 10:30am. Before that the hot water was good. The service personnel were inconsistent in keeping different towels in the room. One day the floor towel would be there, another day the hand towel will be there. But these weren't kept in the room by default on all days. These were minor issues so we didn't bother asking for them. Buffet breakfast was also average. Spread was decent, had vegetables, fruits. Juice, breads and sandwiches, eggs, north and south indian items (one item each) and a dessert. However parathas or south indian food like dosa/idli were generally hard given the amount of time it was kept after preparation. In general food was more salty as is expected everywhere in delhi (even the soup ordered via room service was too salty. Overall an ok hotel, not worth the price but possibly one of the better ones close to aiims and safdarjung hospital.

The hotel looked very unhygienic the ac in the lobby were not working and the ac in the room was really slow. We had mattress on the 4th floor lobby. Breakfast in the morning was okay.

Room rent was too overpriced. Poor quality of furnitures having sharp edges and lacked proper fit and finish. No space for parking

The location of this property is excellent, we ordered lunch that was good too. Breakfast was ok. Support staff was very helpful, reservation desk could be more cordial with guests, i requested for change from twin bed to double bed, they just flatly refused. It gives a feeling that if we do bookings it's not flexible at all. Overall an average stay

It did not appear as it looked in the pictures. There were frequent power cuts. It made the purpose of visit a little inconvenient.
