Everything in terms of quality and cleanness too much terrible. Floor not cleaned, bedding and sheeting was with the dust everywhere

Hotel is not well maintained, staff and service is extremely slow food is also really bad, we had ask for basic amenities also.

Linen and towels are not fresh with hairs lying all over. Only one litre of water is complimentary and rest is chargeable. Curtains are not covering the large windows hampering privacy of your stay. I had to skip breakfast as well for this. As they couldn’t supply two pieces of bread and butter and a black tea in 25 mins. Asked for omlette which they couldn’t source from outside. Shameful stay indeed
