Room size are small. Can’t fit a family of 4 people but food is good. Service is average. Overall ok.

Awesome stay with proper hygiene and comfortable stay and food is also very good plus very helpful and supportive staff. Rajeev and anil gupta from the housekeeping department was very helpful as a glass bottle broke down and help clean the glass immediately

Stay was good. Bed is small according to king room. Mattres is also not to good. Serivices is little bit slow in the room. I heartily appriate to the owner that 7 specially abled staff members were there for the hospitality.

After a delightful experience at lemon tree in bhubaneswar, i had high expectations for the delhi lemon tree, but unfortunately, it did not meet them. Upon arrival, the security personnel did not assist with our luggage or help us enter the hotel. I had to raise my voice to get their attention, and they simply told us to leave our bags outside. Trusting them, we proceeded to check-in, only to realize after 10 minutes that our bags were still outside, getting wet in the rain. While i waited in line, my wife went to check on the bags and was informed that we needed to notify the front desk for assistance. Frustrated, i approached the front desk, and they eventually took care of it. We were initially assigned room 1317, which was small, smelled of smoke, and did not match the description from our booking. After raising a complaint, we were moved to a better room, which was an improvement. The service requires significant improvement. There were not enough towels, and no slippers were provided in the room. We had to make multiple calls to have these items delivered. The staff could benefit from adopting the service standards of the bhubaneswar branch. On a positive note, the citrus cafe was enjoyable, with great staff and good food. Despite this, i do not plan to return to the delhi lemon tree.

Checked out at 6 am due to early flught. Quality of packed breakfast handed over was very very poor no fresh fruits were given except one banana. The hotel should raise its standards

My stay was really great, amazing food, ambience is really nice. Location of hotel is also good. Jyoti mam had done her best and make us comfortable. Mr ishwar and mr nikhil both had give us warm welvome at restaurant. Amazing service
