The carpets and curtain needed cleaning, 2 of the room had a lot of mould and guest had to face a issue. The overall location is good but cleanliness in room needs to be improved.

Service is very poor. Not a customer friendly hotel. It is not recommended to stay here. They are not bothered about customer breakfast, dinner even the customer was pure booked.

Room was good but service was very poor. My breakfast is also complementary with hotel booking but they started the breakfast around 8. 30-9 am. That's why every day me and my others office colouge

It's a great hotel and service along with hotel premises are clean and looking beautiful. It's on road and nearby by metro is arjun garh ( walking distance.

It was an average type of hotel. More like for wedding or other function kind of hotel. Not kind of resort stay. There wasn't any restaurant in the hotel. Food served in the room only. I thought there may be buffet system but it wasn't. Rooms were spacious but feeling was like old.

Overall good but beware of false description

Room And stay was overall good. Food was okay. Service was good. Only problem was falsely advertised balcony (there is no balcony in any room) And misleading photo showing bathtub.

Place is under renovation

This should be told on site that place is under renovation so it is precautionary stand. Location is good. Landline as not working, so room service was a little difficult, bedsheets very ok. But need to be better and so do the blanket. It was smelling blanket.

Staff was good and room was spacious

I chose a large bed as my preference while booking and they gave it to me but they also said that there is only one room with large bed others have two small beds in each room. Service was good and staff was friendly. The lady at reception behaved professionally. The rooms on the ground floor have masking on windows so you won't be able to see outside view. Overall the stay was 3 star.

Too good. Old school folks would love it. The lush green garden outside was too awesome. The staff was very cooperative. But it amazed me that I felt I was The only guest in The hotel.
