Not a very sound experie

I think they have a lot of improve on. The location firstly was not very feasible to reach given that autorickshaw are not allowed or any car is not allowed to move further and you need to carry all your luggage and walk at-least 600 to 800 metres on your foot. Also, they aren't very responsive when you call them for any requirements. . Honestly, it wasn't a very comfortable stay for me given that i had to walk all the way to the hotel with all my luggage. The back door for the balcony was not functioning at all. When called around 11pm for the password they didn't pick up calls. The most irritating part was filling up the form like a feedback form or something right after you reach the reception (honestly guests are tired and want to rest they cannot directly fill up something after reaching the hotel which i think should have been considered.

A comfortable stay for solo travel-ling. The staff is polite and accommodating. All i can say is decent stay at decent price. Although they also have a cafe that is quite expensive if you had not pure booked a meal.Z

1. Comfortable rooms with all essentials. 2. Amazing service, including pick-and-drop from transport points. 3. All amenities: Hot water, clean towels, hair dryer, and a water heating kettle for those cozy drinks! 4. Prime location, close to key attractions and easily accessible. 5. Impeccable hygiene for a safe and pleasant stay. What could have been better? 🤔 1. More diverse food options. 2. Heating options for chilly winters. 3. A filled water cooler on each floor for convenience. Overall: A fantastic stay for both business and leisure! Highly recommend!

Room was actually not room, bolcony converted into very small room, staff are not cooperative and rude, no tv/fridge in room n too expensive also

Location was inside hauz khaus so acess was a lil restricted. Suite room was big with a nice balcony. Tv shows only ott channels and room service was upto mark. Overall a fair experience

Hotel location is near the hauz khas gali ends. You'll need to walk to the destination as taxi/cab drivers will shy away looking at the narrow street.

1. Extremely unhygienic room. There was smell throughout, the bed sheets were damp. 2. Totally different from the pictures - old furniture, No privacy literally- my room had a connecting balcony with the other room without any lock in between. This was also not mentioned in the description of the property. Conclusion - i checked out within 3-4 hours as i couldn’t bear with the room anymore. Wont suggest this to anyone!

The hotel was conveniently located near hauz khas village and was clean and well-maintained. However, the compact capsule rooms had a mosquito issue that the hotel staff couldn't address. They should consider providing mosquito repellent machines. Additionally, guests need to purchase their own lock from a nearby local store for the locker, as the hotel does not provide locks.

I booked this property for a one day halt in Delhi and had the worst experience. I had to change rooms thrice due to various never ending reasons like AC leakage, not cooling, dirty towels, ants, no water, etc. I requested for late check out for few hours and they asked for almost 50% of the price, which I accepted but when I realised the place was unliveable due to ants crawling up my leg in the washroom, I asked to check out immediately but they still charged us. All in all, the place is built well, but not maintained at all. Staff is non cooperative and rude. So think twice before booking - there are better properties available nearby.

The pods are awesome, i've got the best sleep and recovery in a long time. The staffs are friendly and good hospitilaty. It's very hygienic and the cage next to the property which is a beach of the minimalist is also awesome with good ambience and service. It's a worth stay over all.
