The front desk person was not knowledgeable, toilet paper, soap, towel, drinking water were not provided. After multiple reminder, a towel was give, in January, the room was too cold and not air-conditioned. One must be careful about hypothermia.

Its near to NDLS station. This is the only plus point of the hotel. Else average type hotel for short stay. Bed sheet and pillow covers are not clean. Even they will not provide you the towel unless you ask for it nor the toiletries.

No hot water, location is very very worst and terrible, they will switch off ac with out our notice
