Dirty room, lack of basic cleaning!

The room was dirty, curtains had stains on them. Lots of mosquitoes too ! i had booked the room just for it's close proximity to the airport. Basic cleanliness must be maintained.

Though staffs were quite friendly and having helping nature, the inside room (bed, table, floor) was not clean properly while check-in.

Very happy with our stay here. Service, hospitality, comfort, convenience happy and satisfying in everything. Jagdish kumar housekeeping was very hospitable and happy with reception as well.

Rooms and facilities are nice/as expected, the restaurant with the breakfast buffet and dinner is also very good. The food is tasty and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant stay, would recommend and come back in the future.

Location is very comfortable and 5 minutes from international airport. Staff is very friendly, they very firmly accepted our late check-out request. Food os very tatsy and variety also. In all it was great experience.

Charges are like 3 star hotel, but hotel gives feel like that one hostel had been converted into a hotel. Room had not been cleaned properly after previous guest left.
