Positives: good location decent parking space, valet parking team is very efficient very spacious rooms, ceiling height is also pretty good, which makes the room even more roomier. Washroom was big too things to improve: room service is inconsistent, sometimes they were very quick and sometimes too slow, had to follow up for the order placed. This hotel has banquet halls so seems like staff is busy or deployed in wedding cermonies duties. Front desk need to be more welcoming and better in customer service hotel is overall good, beautiful decors

The room was okay but the most important thing was the bed, which was totally useless. The twin beds that were joined were getting separated from the middle and the bedsheet looked dirty. Bad experience

I stayed there for 1 night and it was a wonderful experience. Clean rooms and good amenities. Breakfast was super good which really tasted good. I highly recommend this hotel.

The overall experience at the hotel is 3 star as food and house keeping staff is good but reception staff is not customer friendly during my stay wedding was going on they didn't stop playing music till 2 am. I called at reception atleast 4 times, no positive response the moment i told i am calling cops then they took me seriously.

Room was dirty, sheets were uncleaned, spiders web was everywhere, overpriced, receptionist was very bad and rude didn’t cooperate at all, bathroom was used and not cleaned, bathroom mirror was very dirty

Bed sheets were dirty, we booked king bed but received two twin beds because of which we faced discomfort as bed were not aligned, also we expected tidy space but washroom was extremely dirty.

I was travel-ling alone due to some work and stayed here for two nights. The hotel is at a very convenient place near mayapur station. Just 600m, on the main road. The hotel rooms were nice and all the amenities were also good. Breakfast was also delicious and variety was available. The only problem i had that is staff cleaned my room in my absence when i didn't even instruct them to, that didn't settle well with me. But overall good place to stay for girls of you want somewhere safe and nice.

Early check-in charges are too high for everyone all rooms are vacant but only 4 hrs before i am coming to the hotel but he said early check-in charges personally i don't recommend to any one this hotel

Mosquitoes in the room, cutlery is chargeable, no luggage assistance, confused staff, room service delayed every food item sending was sent one by one.
