Nice stay and good staff, all is well and perfect receptionist were polite with guests, housekeeping work is neat and cleaned.

The property needed to be better maintained for the price charged e. G, broken faucets, a smelly room, and dirty cabinets. The entrance was too congested. The staff was good and willing to fix broken stuff. Overall i will not recommend this property.

Extremely Disappointing and Unhygienic Experience

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room provided was completely different. It was very unhygienic, and the cleaning standards were shockingly poor. Basic amenities were missing, and you couldn’t use anything comfortably due to the lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, the hotel doesn’t provide toiletries unless you explicitly ask for them—even something as basic as a dental kit. I would not recommend staying here if you value cleanliness and proper service. A thoroughly disappointing stay.

V good hotel. Big spacious rooms and stones throw from other place. There was a case of cockroach and bed bugs, that was thane care of. Good food and breakfast

Average stay as compared to price charged. Kitchen is available till 5pm only. Staff are polite however cleanness isn't that good. Bedsheet wasn't changed and bathroom shower was disfunctional. Kitchen tap is broken. I would rate my stay as average. However, location is prime just opposite to aiims burn and plastic surgery department entry.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel red rose, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel’s charm is immediately evident with its beautifully designed lobby and welcoming atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day.

It was just a home stay in the cost of 3star place. Worthless. There were nobody on the reception, we waited for 45mins. Rooms are not same as shown in photos. Totally waste.

Location is fine but there's no big signage, parking is an issue if it's fully booked, there are 4 rooms side by side in one single floor so you are told not to play loud music. Staff is good - prompt and helpful. Overall 3. 5/5, good for spending a night.

No board to identify the property and then when you enter you will not feel great. There is no reception and no toilet accessories like dental kit etc available.

We were in a difficult situation, found this hotel accidentally and we were settled immediately and without problems. This hotel can be trusted, it is in a good place. Convenient to order a taxi. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. There are hot water and all necessary accessories. Cleaned every day, left bottled water, breakfast was included in the cost. Thank you again! come back again!

Hotel room was very good, food is also good, overall my stay was excellent. Need to improve the front office section. Mostly sonu bhaiya like a star performer in the hotel.

Lovely and amazing hotel. I have been on a trip with family. Hotel is the good location and suitable for family member. I booked the hotel on makemytrip and got best of the price. Room was big and quality of food was good with reasonable price
