Hotel is good with neat interior and cleanliness and very peaceful although this is a industrial area we got a pleasant stay and many times better than delhi. Good staff with a quick response i am happy to stay here

Luxurious and comfortable room, clean washroom, humble staff, tasty food, quick response from hk department. Lovely ambiance inside and outside. Very co-operative front office staff.

It was terrible entry in reception, the first impression was very bad at reception. Bath tub was available but not cold and hot water available. We did check out without bath. I am surprised how make my trip has assigned this hotel. You are loosing your good wheel in the market

We checked in at 10 pm only for night stay. A pool cocktail party was going on with lot of noise, then we were shifted to a room on the extreme corner. While asking for toast butter, they cooked on tava as there was no toaster. In the morning no buffet breakfast, stale paratha, again tava cooked toast, poor quality butter i. E. Of vita instead of amul. Horrible stay

Hotel is ok for stay. Water is dirty and smelly, could not take bath or even rinse mouth. Swimming pool is also dirty.

As mentioned on make my trip i can extended check out free of cost for some time i requested for 4 o clock they provided only for 1 hour extra. They didn't served the lunch not ever n coffee at 4 i was the single guest to ask that and the replies are so cold from the staff. Now when i waited in the lobby and going to use washroom some bell boy found me as a suspicious person and came behind me and on asking he wanted to say something he said nothing. Very ca-usual and pathetic psychological behaviour they don't need guest they have lot of attitude to carry wont be ever referring to any one. First and last visit to this property.
