Hotel was noisy with a function till midnight and room was not good badly cramped and beetle was leaking overall poor experience even if i was there for a short time and did not have breakfast so cannot comment

Location that not great, nothing for 5 star. Very poor breakfast spread with too salty on all the dishes, looks like they carried old stocks on few things. Room was stinking and dust and uncleanliness in all the corner of the room, first day toilet flush was not working have to wait for 3 min for next flush. On reporting to this management they upgraded my room which is again a disaster for me. Ac was not working properly in the suite room it was very bad, again there was wooden floor tiles damaged and makes sound when u walk, totally the hotel is a disaster for me and money what i paid is completely waste for the service which i got from radisson blue marina. To end with the stay was very bad and i would rate completely as zero and waste of money.

They say this is a heritage property but not taken interest in hospitality, being major concern of food and very small rooms thou i stayed in business class room with balcony room numbet 211.

Worst stay ever

I rarely write negative, but this experience deserves to be shared. This hotel was by far the worst stay i have ever had. From the moment we checked in, it was one problem after another. Here are just a few of the major issues: 1. *poor cleanliness* the room was dirty when we arrived. There were stains on the bedding, dust on the surfaces, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. It felt as though the room hadn’t been prepared for our arrival. 2. *unresponsive staff* when i called the front desk to address these issues, i was either put on hold for a long time or simply ignored. When they did respond, the staff seemed disinterested and even rude, showing little willingness to help us resolve our concerns. 3. *noise levels* this hotel had absolutely no soundproofing. We were kept awake by noise from neighboring rooms and hallways all night. On top of that, there was loud music from a nearby venue that went on until the early hours. 4. *amenities missing* basic amenities like towels, toiletries, and hot water were either missing or inconsistent. We had to ask multiple times for essentials that should have been there in the first place. 5. *poor value for money* for the price we paid, we expected at least a comfortable stay, but it was anything but. It felt as though the hotel was cutting corners at every opportunity, with no regard for guest satisfaction. Overall, this hotel left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I would strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice and look elsewhere. This place needs a serious overhaul in management, service, and cleanliness before i would ever consider staying here again.

The service is impeccable, highly recommend. Located in prime site and have very spacious rooms. The food and breakfast buffet is matching the standards.

This hotel is central part of delhi very near to new delhi railway station. Delhi metro. Also stuffs are very helpful. Food was also great. Room was not that good as there was no balcony. We expected much at this price but for one day it was not bad.

Terrible experience. Poor room service and in room dinning was also not good. They are charging too much and are providing minimum requirements. We got the room delayed, food got delivered after 1 hr and evening tea was also cold. Poor service

Room and toilet are very cramped and there is no maintenance from their side. Housekeeping also not done properly. Towels and used sheets not even changed.

The hospitality guy avinash’s was really very good. My wife had a back problem and she wanted a hard bed and at 1 o clock they changed the room which had one special mention to the behaviour of security staff and sanjay from front desk
