The hotel was very nice and located in main place. All the staffs are very polite and neat. Food is little costly but taste not that much good. Nearby have more restaurants. I stayed with my family. Overall very good experience. I heard more reviews about karol bagh stays and scared to go with family. But really rahul palace changed my mind. That’s to mr. Singh in reception. Kind person. The reception at hotel was good. However, we had difficulty locating the hotel. We were allocated room no. G1. The only issue we did not like was the non-availability of hot water (the out side temperature was 15 degrees. We had to make a request 10 min in advance for hot water, since the geyser switch was located somewhere else!

The roof garden mentioned as an amenity was an old storage or cloth drying place when we were there. Breakfast to order for room service only. Kettles and water jugs were dusty. Foods with less salt. Bit old, moderately maintained, situated in a crowded area.

Terrible, unprofessional, rude, unresponsive

I reached at the hotel at 7 am and requested early check in and the manager who was very rude and unprofessional denied it and asked 1000 rupees for it and said its in policy bit he denied to shocase the policy. Second in the morning there was water all around the room dipping from the window, i asked the housekeeping to clean it but no response. Third i asked the rude manager the wifi password, he said i am semding a slip but guess what, no response. Fourth, at night i asked the housekeeping to clean the wet floor, and again he denied by sating its not his job. In short it was terrible. It felt like they are paying for my stay and not me.

Cleanliness in hotel is nice. But there was a lot of commotion in the lobby which was a very annoying thing and also price is slightly high. They should provide hourly stays.
