Room & toilet are alright. However, there was no service of food even tea before 8 :30 am, though the food menu card provided mentioned 24 hrs room service available. In the room an electrical kettle was provided which appeared not used for long time & was detached from electric supply. There was no tea bags/coffee was provided.

Hotel was not upto the mark location was not very approaching, hotel staff at reception was not very cooperative and the rooms category which we booked were not provided to us

Room balcony was not clean. Bed sheet cleaning was not good. Overall not good stay. Location was near to railway station

Hotel is located near nizamuddin station. Rooms were clean but the hotel is on 2nd and 3rd floor. This hotel needs some maintenance. Shower handle was broken, furniture with broken leg, etc. The hotel location is not in the best neighborhood. The nearest cross section was filthy. Also no good restaurant nearby to eat. The proximity from india gate and other attractions is good.

The rooms were neat and clean. The staff is very helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. Location is also good with good transport facility available nearby

Worst stay ever

The staff were very rude, the beddings weren’t clean. The staff had not even allocated rooms for our family, during checkin time they were deciding which room to give us. We were separated in different floors. The staff was very disrespectful.

Ac was not cooling even at 20 degree. And fan regulator functioning only at top speed. Wake up with headache

It is not a hotel but lodge, there are no windows in the room, locality is not great, there are no dining options around, room service is poor, did not provide water and soap evevn when asked, did not provide breakup if the food exprnses. Dont choose this hotel if you are going with family.
