The room was dirty, on the ground floor near the kitchen. After telling the staff to not make noise they didn’t listen. I had the worst 2 day sleep of my stay

They took the phone and their receptionist put the rating on customer’s behalf which is completely wrong and not acceptable at all. Bathrooms are worst, cold water problem, shower problem and water logging while bathing.

The rooms were average at best. After requesting i had them changed. The staff were nice. But the hotel needs alot of work.

Blacklist this hotel sanitation level is very poor and hotel is overpriced. They tried to make me pay 2700 as room charges saying they never received payment from mmt. This hotel should be blacklisted as this must be their modus operand i with bookings made at their hotel.

Very hotrible experience, did not give the room what they showed on the portal. Poor room service. Showed totally very different picture, but is absolutely different in reality. Very hard mattress used on the extra bed. Dirty washroom, no maintainence.

Poor and creaky bed, washroom not cleaned properly, the sheets werent squeaky clean and bed was pathetic it was creaking and sounding bad whole night

Rooms were pathetic. They did not have the landline working. And the washroom was really small. To the point it had no space to take bath. Just one commode and washbasin that's it. Plus the hotel looked really shady from inside. There should be more hotels that accommodate healthy environment for female travellers. I paid 7000 plus for 2 nights. It wasn't justified at all. I checked out immediately after seeing the property.

Misleading photos and not at all upto the mark, lify was not working for 3 days and despite with heart ailment i had to use the staircase, buffet breakfast was empty vessels on display
