We stayed at their suite, it was spacious and clean. The food was also great. In-spite of having a wedding at the venue, we were not ignored and given services on time. Great team and service from the staff.

They don't have mattress in stock when i asked them change my twin mattress to king size mattress only they said they don't have mattress in stock

The keycard which switches on circuit of the light in the room, was not working well. I have to adjust card every-time after 5 minutes to reconnect the circuit and have electricity in the room. The keychain which is attached to the door for additional safety had a broken latch and for quite a few minutes couldn't figure out why i was unable to open the door. The water pressure in bathing area was too low for bathing and hot water was not present even though many hotels have steady supply of hot water all the time. The airconditioning was pathetic. Felt too warm even during the night of winters in new delhi. The temperature controller in the room was a dummy. When asked at reception, was told that the air conditioning is centrally controlled for the floor and individual rooms couldn't control the temperature so the control unit is a dummy one.

There was no hot water in the hotel they gave us buckets to have a bath with if we needed hot water also the power sockets were not working.

The room washroom does not have middle glass all water comes out side of the room we request to change the room but hotel persons denied to change the room, after having the rooms availability also when we refuse to check in then hotel staff provided the another room. Terrible if the 5 star rating hotel and this type of hospitality should not be good towards are guests.

I was not expecting seven seas as per review & pics. Its a great hotel with excellent interiors, excellent staff, great food & everything. Would like to thank mr. Gautam who helped getting a nice room. Rooms- 100 staff - 90 (front staff needs training) food - 100 ambiance - 100 location - 90( away from city but still at better place. Cheers to all. See you soon.
