Overall good, maintenance needs attention by the owners

Overall the property is good, neat and clean. In terms of hospitality, these guys are great. However, i feel that they are not focusing much on maintenance of the property. Something which is old and doesn’t look clean and usable should be replaced. Toilets are old and needs to be changed.
