Sorry to say hotel manager attitude not upto the mark also one learning why i used app to book my hotel? because sm hotel deny to give my booked room and shifted to low standard hotel.

Too expensive for the service provided

I stayed here for 3 days. Water in the bathroom was hard water and not good for hairs at all. No filtration system installed in the hotel. For a single tea, they charged extra money. The person at the reception didn't attend me that well. He was busy doing some other work and took 7-8 min for checking me in.

Nice location, near living mall, Apollo hospital and metro is just 5 minutes. Rooms and break fast good, staffs are very friendly and helpful.
