It was very bad experience: it took me 1 hour to find the hotel. When i reached hotel i paid 300 more then they allowed me. Nobody helped me with luggage’s offered room at third floor and lift was dead. I entered room it was duty beyond expectations. No chair no water no towel and bathroom was in very very bad condition. Whole night i was in sitting position and left the room in morning ( i reached hotel at 3 am and location was not good to get a cab at that time, unfortunately i was with luggage’s. That is why whole night i was in sitting position position now i am on the way to get new hotel.

When i reached the hotel check in was denied and also the hotel manager didn't allow me to sit at the reception when i was looking for the shifting at another hotel. The overall experience was so terrible.

Genuine customer review to help others. I stayed for a day in the month of april 2024. The rooms and facilities are no where close to what is shown in photo. Bed linen are dirty, ac not working properly, no remote. No remote for tv. Bathrooms are stinky. No window for fresh air. The reception incharge was super rude and also coughed up late check-out charges unnecessary. You won't get auto/taxi easily. Far from saket metro station. Avoid in all ways if you're genuinely interested in decent stay.
