The rooms were fine and had an a very classic and antique look to them. The services were good and as expected of a hotel of its current rating. Good for short stays.

Try to change the door locks. It's hard to lock the door. Try to make the entrance look big. It's hard to locate the hotel.

Furniture is old, but gold. Gives you feeling that mughals are hosting this place. Food was simple and healthy. Staff was supportive.

location is excellent! staff is very Good, Room size Huge! but no electric kettle when I booked it was mentioned Bed n breakfast, but no breakfast provided by OYO Hotel. it was available on chargeable extra cost. need lot of improvements as compared to Hospitality protocols

Worst hotel, i visited there multiple times and didn't post any reviews but this time i thought i should post, this is the worst hotel i ever visited in my life, poor service, not worth the charges, those ladies who are sitting at the reception don't even look towards you while replying to you. When i ordered 2 times from swiggy they didn't allowed him to deliver on door step and i have to collect my parcel from main road so don't book this hotel. You will find many other hotels nearby of this even in less price.

Horrible stay. No towels, water, hand wash provided in the room. Charging points not working and even after informing charging point issue wasn’t fixed. Total waste of time and money for me. Never ever staying at this hotel

The rooms are very old and they don’t come and clean them at all. The tv in our room was not working and despite of complaining about it multiple times there was no response. The actual washroom in the hotel room was very different from the pictures. It was very small and unhygienic. We were supposed to live there for a week but due to the condition of the room we just stayed for two days and left.

This hotel was the worst experience ever. The staff, service, and overall amenities were terrible. Basic essentials like toilet paper and tissues were missing, and hygiene was lacking. I will never book this hotel again.

My stay at the hamilton house property was good. This is the 2nd time i have stayed at this property. The property is near to thar malviya nagar market as well as the metro station. Good service from the staff.
