I was booked room for 3 adults but when we check in they don't give us entry for 3 three persons they said go only two person in room we trouble very much.

Food was not up to the mark in the hotel i have checked properly before entering the hotel talked to make my trip hotel that we are doing an early check-in so is it possible they said at that time it will be ok but when we reached the hotel they completely denied to do our checkin and charged extra for every hour rooms were not ready while we entered we have to make room cleaned each and everything when we stayed

Checkin was very difficult. Hotel refuge to give the room and he charged extra rs 500 for the same booking and made me waiting at reception for about one hour. It was a fault from your side too, he had no booking confirmation and midnight when i checked in, i faced lots of problems. Overall experience was very bad from hotel and your end both.

Location is not good to stay but walkable distance for metro station. Food is okay but heavy price and you have to call the reception few times and wait at-least an hour. There is no hygiene at all. They do not provide doot mats. Not changing bed sheets. No cleaning

The location is good and rooms are clean but remotes were not available. Check in experience was bad. There is food delivery from the hotel inside the room. Water purifier was available. Rooms felt a bit congested as they were very small. Fan was not working. Ac temperature couldn't be controlled

Worst experience ever

It was the worst ever experience for me. I Am frequent traveler and staying in many hotels in almost all the main cites in India. But the service I got here was the worst. I Am not even understanding why these people running a hotel and spent this much money for the building. The staffs were not even known their duties. Room was dirty and had used linens. Did not clean the toilet after the previous customer. It was disgusting. There was a lady in reception. I never seen such an unprofessional receptionist. The most funniest thing was the complimentary breakfast. It was muggy noodles and pickles. And the tea made with the water which they used to wash the milk packet. No milk at all. Better you sleep under the Mahipalpur flyover. Not recommended at all.

No good service, there were mosquitoes.
Towel was having very bad odor and not clean, bed linen were also had bad odor, bill not provided yet even after many hours of checkout.

Moved to different OYO hotel as the rooms not available

We have asked to move to different OYO Modesty hotel as no rooms available. That hotel has at prime location comparing this. Food is good but the service is not good.
