The hotel location is excellent as it is walking distance from New Delhi railway station, staff was very good and helpful. Hotel is nest and clean.

Pathetic experience with the hotel.

Room service was pathetic and specially the receptionist was very rude. Room was also not the same for which I have been charged as well as when I called your customer service to make some modifications and he asked me to wait for 15 mins and he will call back which he never did and that is something which I was expecting from MMT because you guys have done the same with me before as well in my bus reservation.

I stay 2 day. Nice experience. Room is good. Hotel location is near railway station, staff behavior is good and cooperatives, breakfast is good. Facilities is fine.

Rooms are cleaned and well air-conditioned. Staffs are cooperative. Toilet is cleaned and both hot and cold water is available. Don't take complementary breakfast as the Hotel is not having its own restaurant. Rather u have your breakfast in nearby restaurants.
