We were booked the hotel room for couple of night and landed hotel around noon time. Room was dirty and smelled. Bed sheet was torn and nothing was in room except bed and tv. They changed bed sheet and pillow cover however new one also very smelly. We informed hotel manager and checked out immediately

Hotel manager is very rude and room are also dirty. Bed sheets are the used one. Floor is also not clear. Shower is not working. Housekeeping is not provided. No hot water cattle or drinking glass were be provided. No that’s it

The room was okay, not more worth than 1300rs. Bed was not comfortable and sheet were not clean. Room is not big as pictures and the staff is urging to not book room Would have prefer better hygiene in the washroom, as they were dirty. The stay was average but price is bit too much to ask for. Should provide new and clean linen

I did an online booking. When i reached there, just are just saying that we will not give you rooms and asked me to cancel my booking. Worst service ever. At-least they should have informed earlier.

I had booked a room thinking that it was a OYO owned property. But the real thing was quite the opposite. The oyo reception was in some shady corner with 2 couples waiting there. We were told that their rooms were under maintenance and asked to wait. Then he asked us to leave and manage something on our own. The place didnt look safe to me at all. I informed MMT and left the place and booked a Zostel. Later I get a call from MMT about the complaint. The property owner was connected and he claimed that I had checked in that day. So clearly he let something else check in on my name. This was a serious breach of security. On being confronted he cut the call. Horrible and scary experience

Staff behave is very bad, room was soo dirty bed sheet and pillow cover was lot of dirty stains specially reception staff was soo rude over all my experience is worst never suggest to any one hotel and rooms is pathetic.

It looks like the room floor was not cleaned for years. It looks like skin trade is the only activity which happens there. Not recommended for a family guest. I will never stay in a Oyo property in future
