The anand villas by cherish hotel was very clean. The staff was also very good. The hotel rooms were also very good. I would like to stay in that hotel again. If i come to delhi again, i would like to stay in this hotel.

We reached the hotel at 11 pm in the night when a party was going on at the hotel. All the staff in the hotel, person at the reception, valet, bell boy, almost everybody was drunk. The hotel manager even had a mint right in front of me to cover the smell. They had no clue what was happening and we were very scared to enter the hotel after such a horrid first few minutes. Room was good, but staff was really out of control. In the morning hours, we asked for weighing machine and were asked to bring our luggage downstairs, when we reached the person told us that weighing machine is not available at hotel. Overall, the hotel management needs to train their staff as they seem to be spoiling the hotels reputation

I recently stayed at the anand villas by cherish, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The property has a charming ambiance, beautifully blending modern amenities with a peaceful, relaxing vibe. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-designed, offering a nice balance of comfort and elegance. The staff was very attentive and courteous, always greeting me warmly and ready to assist with any requests. They went out of their way to make sure i had everything i needed. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and comfortable getaway with excellent service.

The hotel authorities may be doing some wrong practices as they are not returning the id cards. I asked them to return my aadhaar card after check in. In the evening they told to return it in the morning. Also in the morning they didn't return it. Now i am calling them repeatedly to return it back but they are not responding the phone calls now.

Good location. Rooms are specious good furniture and bathroom fittings. Clean sheets and 24hr hot water. Now when it comes to maintenance, this needs lots of improvement. I had to ask scrub bathroom floors multiple times. Showers floods as drainage is chocked in all our rooms. No hand towel and bathroom floor towel given. Only 2 water bottles per room is complementary, if you ask more, then rs. 87 is charged per 1l bottle. Breakfast is very basic and mostly empty. If you ask for something like omelette it takes 30 mins. I asked milk for cornflakes, they gave hot boiled milk. You can imagine the quality of restaurant staffs. All in all owner has invested good money in the property, but maintenance is poor. you can get much better professional hotels in delhi. We had to take this as our events was nearby.

It's a good hotel but water bottle are so expensive you can buy four bottles outside in exchange of one bottle they are charging for.
