I travel-led to meet my friend but the hotel staff was not friendly and gave me a hard time. Thar room was not as good or cleaned as shown in pictures.

The place was flooded with cockroaches, even on bed ! the infestation is so much that it smelt like cockroaches room. Please pay special attention to this. Athena used to be a great hotel.

Pathetic staff, they don't have manners to talk. No idea of the availability of their hotel rooms. Gave us the staff's room, denied the room, promised a refund and then didn't provided the same as well.

We went to delhi for some work. We had work on friday. We reached delhi on thursday evening. The hotel was nicely situated near new friends colony. Hotel was clean, staff was courteous, breakfast was good. All the landmarks we wanted to visit was nearby. We had a great stay at the hotel. We would definitely return

Terrible hotel, no hot water, no proper break fast, pathetic service, very arrogant staff and worst experience in my entire 30 years hotel stay worldwide, will never stay in this hotel in life time

The service was mediocre, and the management was unhelpful. Although i knew about the cancellation policy but i politely requested to cancel one of my two-day bookings due to a medical emergency and thought they could help. However, the receptionist falsely claimed they couldn't cancel the booking. denying any such conversation and abruptly ended their call. I beleive i had a genuine reason to cancel and they could have been a little helpful and truthful.

Extremely poor attitude of staff. Apparently kitchen shuts between 9 to 930 pm so no food post that. They dont give you a key card for your door which is shocking so every time u need to enter your room u need to go to reception and they will send someone with u.

Dear team it was really the worst experience staying in this property. There was no proper response from the house keeping as well as from hotel management i need to call 3-4 time for one particular item there was no towel there was no water bottle there is no toothpaste these all item got into my room when i called them 3-4 time with the time of 2 hours i asked the hotel to change the mattress they refused-to do so by saying time is over and it will be changed next day same time i offered money to the person and it was changed unfortunatelyit was worths experience for me.

Property is good, but hotel chits the customers, i have. Booked hotel for one day with morning breakfast. We reached hotel at 10. 50 am. Receptionist told that we get the room after 12. 00 hrs. We asked him to give the breakfast as we will leave the hotel on same day at 05. 00 pm. Hotel refused to provide the breakfast and told that as per hotel policy breakfast will be given on next day morning only. We told him that we will leave the room today at 5. 00 pm so how we can take breakfast next day morning, we told him that we gave paid for the breakfast and we are going to check out on same day than breakfast should be provided on the same day, but he did not agree. We took the breakfast and paid the charges. We got the room at 12. 30 her and left at 05. 00 pm. Pl see that hotel should not behave like this.
