The location was excellent, right in the centre of the city. The hotel was average as compared to other mm t luxe listing. The rooms were very tiny and looked a little old.

Their newly renovated rooms are beautiful and perfect for the stay. Room service and staff were very helpful. We will definitely return back to the property. The property is very well located in the center of the city. All the restaurants serves amazing food.

The Claridges is very well located so 10/10 for that.It has good restaurants for Thai ,Chinese and Spanish cuisine.Unfortunately they were very disorganised for breakfast.I categorically asked for brown bread with the egg Benedict .. they wrote the order and got white bread.Nobody came to the table to ask for tea ,coffee etc later they apologised profusely and did try to make up saying they were overcrowded.Our room 104 was very noisy … repair work somewhere created a lot of noise and so did the loud music being played below.The room decor was opulent but a little in the face.No subtlety…trying to be Imperial hotel but not managing.Staff was polite but not the greatest service.Claridges has everything going for it if they upped their class

We did a staycation with friends at this place. The property is pretty decent, will maintained and well laid out. Found the staff very very good, esp housekeeping. Found guest services could do better, including reception desk and attending of phone calls. The in room dining was excellent the main point of concern- names of different types of rooms and their details uploaded on apps by the hotel appear to be incorrect. We were blindsided by the heritage rooms being without balconies, whereas all the apps say otherwise! they finally have us one as an upgrade, which we later realised was a smaller room! but for lack of energy we finally let it be! well do the management good to come clean on their room types and ensure a correct details upload on ask the aggregator apps.

Food: excellent (5/5) location: excellent (5/5) facilities: good (4/5) - hotel didn’t give us the required kings bed as per booking and we were told all rooms were fully booked and hence we were asked to stay in twin bed room (though the booking was well in advance)

We had to change our dates due to unavoidable circumstances, but the hotel was very adamant and did not budge at all. We lost the entire booking amount. Did not even agree to give a credit note for lower amount to be used in the future.

The location was great and very scenic. Rooms were spacious and very stay friendly. Staff was helpful and quick as well which made my stay even more peaceful and convenient! maybe the decor and other things can be renovated a little more as per the new times. Apart from that, everything was great!

Wonderful stay at the claridges

Booked the hotel for 2 days family stay and birthday celebration, it was awesome. The staff was hospitable, kind and dedicated. The food (breakfast and dinner) delectable and had many varieties. The rooms were clean and offered magnificent view. Really had a great time. Looking forward to more such great trips.

Location was superb. Right in the heart of the city. Connaught place is barely a few minutes away by car, khan market is around the corner, in case you want to grab a quality meal outside the hotel environs, while sunder nursery, lodhi gardens are also just a few minutes away by car, in case you want to commune with nature.
