Beautiful place in a great location. The rooms were big and we were upgraded to the highest room type free of cost. Great breakfast and had a quite comfortable stay.

Main usp of hotel is its location and management. Its just 5 mins walk from ndls station and located on main bazar street. Rooms are cozy, i stayed multiple times. The staff are great, reception service is amazing, specially virendra sir he always take care of my requests personally and professionally. Families can stay peacefully here will recommended to couple, families and solo traveller too.

Ac and water geyser not working. Cockroches around the room. Room had a weird smell, and bedsheets had few minor stains.

Hotel location is very good. Its in the main market area. Room interior is also nice. There is some problem with the room service as may be shortage of staff. Bath fittings are not maintained.

The room was very small. Bathroom fittings were rusted and there were cockroaches all over. Breakfast was average. Location wise it's very good.

Very poor place. A conguseted gloomy entrance. Rooms very bad hygine and seems to have safety concers. Abosoluetly not at all worth the price mentioned at the time of booking and aboslutelty the entire area must be blacklisted from any corporate bookings.
