Location is very good. Menu have very limited items but taste is OK. But, the biggest drawback is staff unavailability. There is very less staff as well as service is very slow. They are not at all trained.

Room were not properly clean and wooden flooring were damaged also soap which was provided for hand wash don't have soap stand to keep it food quality was just okay. No images

The rooms were dirty, the bathrooms were dirty and stinking, there were no hand towels & bath towels. The shower was not operating properly. Breakfast was terrible - there was no choice at all

Ac was not working on the room, first night, engineer came in the morning at 8 am without any intimation, dnd sign was hanging still he knocked on the door and came. Booked this for a friend but terrible experience

Worst experience, checked out of the hotel a day before. The hotel was under renovation, nobody informed us regarding the same. Lift not working. Staff was very inactive, answered the calls very late. No resolution. Today i’m travel-ling again and booked my stay. Also next month i am planning for thailand trip,

The hotel lobby is currently undergoing renovation. There is some chipping paint around the walls, and the staff charged us an extra 1650 for the sheets without providing a bill.
