There were many issues with the room. Even after requesting the hotel staff to fix them, nothing was even acknowledged. The washbasin tap was jammed and was running very low on water. The toilet flush was not working properly. The food ordered from the restaurant was smelling very weird and wasn't appetizing. One positive thing i felt was that the staff was not rude.

Hotel the grand tashree is rated an average from me for cleanness and services. But location is low. It said at delhi airport bit need to travel around 9 km by cab. Also it is very far away from all sightseeing.

We were warmly welcomed and even got an upgrade of room. The staff were helpful and warm. The room was clean. The fridge, electric kettle, complimentary water, coffee and tea served our needs. The hot and cold running water made it even more a comfortable stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The service could be improved. Thank you for giving us a good time of rest in our transit.

I found this hotel safe and clean for my family. Stayed one night and the experience was amazing. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and supportive. They helped us plan our trip to agra and jaipur. The hotel is close to delhi airport. It took us 15 minutes by cab to reach the hotel from the airport at very nominal rates.

No parking facility, 1000 rs for an extra bed, horrible staff, no facilities, horrible room conditions, cheap blankets were being provided after paying 1000 rs for the extra bed

I booked this hotel for our trip for golden triangle. Delhi-agra-jaipur. And we found this hotel genuinely good. The rates of the hotel near the airport were too high but it cost us nominal and with better services and food quality. The staff were humble and polite.

Location is not good at all. Can’t get cabs & auto easily. Rooms are not good according to rates they charge. Food was good!

I found this hotel very competitive and nominal. I asked them for a taxi and they helped me with it from the delhi airport. I like the accessibility from the main road. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The meal i ordered was fresh and tasty. I like the staff behaviour and knowledge of the nearby vicinity. I had work to attend near yashobhoomi convention centre which is also very close to the hotel.

I like the overall hospitality. hotel person helped me with the taxi from and to the airport. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. I like the food which I ordered.. it was tasty 😋.. The hotel is close to the delhi airport. I was their to attend the conference in Yashobhoomi convention centre which is also very close to the hotel. took me 10 minutes to reach the hotel from the airport and same time from the Yashobhoomi also. I will book you guys again. Thanks for the Hospitality.

Stay was good and comfortable. Hotel location was convenient from airport and iicc. Food was good. Staff was very humble and co-operative.

Clean, neat and spacious rooms with required amenities. Hot water is available. Breakfast was good with even being served on the table upon request. Courteous and polite staff.

Overall we were satisfied with stay at the hotel. Food was good. The room was smaller than expected, but had been furnished adequately. It was fairly clean. Some cushion covers were stained. The bathroom was not that clean, especially the comode. There was also some water leakage. Some floor tiles were broken.

The hotel was extremely shabby. Seemed like nothing has been washed. The worst was the washroom super under maintenance with moulds all over the corners of the washroom. The linens were super dirty. The only good thing about the hotel was good and helpful staff.

For family (3 members) rooms are very small and room's decorations are not suitable and bathroom also not comfortable. Only canteen and food was excellent.

Hotel is not far from the airport. Staffs are helpful. Amenities are as per the commitment. They are friendly and listen to the request. Services are fast.
