Hotel is good for traveller or person on work. It provides basic necessities only. Good clean room, basic menu in food nothing else.

The stay was fantastic and very comfortable. The staff is very cordial and cooperative. The check was without any hassle. The food is good. The location is also good. A perfect stay.

Improvement required to get value for money and to ref the name.

Though the rooms are good but towel is old do not look good. The bath room doe not give feeling of good hotel. Break fast room and the restroom, seems old fashioned and too small for the size of the hotel. The staff attitude is good but they do not belong to a start culture. Reception is worst, it is gives a feeling of dingy worst rated hotel. This will put the people off.

Location is very good. Quality of food was delicious and hygienic. Amenities and services were upto the mark.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Breakfast included in our room rate was very good, offered a variety and the staff were very nice and helpful. Room was clean. Only slight downside is that the rooms and hotel need an update.

Very efficient & courteous. Good breakfast. Aldo very conveniently located. Needed a few things done - like atm. Dinner in cp. All walking distance.

The stay at the hans was comfortable and the location, superb! the hotel upgraded me to a nicer room too. Connaught place is a quick 10 min walk, with all the restaurants around there.

Hans is a great place and well located. Centrally in cp and close to metro

The overall stay was average. The rooms could have been cleaner, which impacted the experience. However, the breakfast stood out and was quite enjoyable.

Staff was cooperative. Executive room was of average size. Location of the hotel is very good. However rooms were not well maintained. The taps in the bathroom were not proper. Beds screeched at every movement. It was very disturbing while sleeping. The price of the room was much higher for the quality of room

On arrival the hotel staff told me that they are providing me upgraded room. But, in the room there was a continuous disturbing sound with some odd smell due to a furnace chimney just adjacent to it. Then, the hotel offered me another room which was of very inferior quality. So, i was cheated once again through mmt. What can i do. Will try to avoid booking through mm t in future.

Pretty okay for 4 star hotel. A bit expensive but service is fast. Food is a bit on expensive side and quality is okay. No major issues. Staff is friendly and courteous.

Very close to connaught place and adjacent to metro station. Easy to go to and from property. Staff is helpful. The rooms are good, spacious and neat with nice bathrooms with all basic toileteries. The breafast spread was average but sumptuous.

I had a great experience overall. The view from my room was stunning, the food was excellent, and my requests were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend it.

Rooms are quite good and location is very prime for connaught place offices. Very close to the barakhamba metro station

i recently stayed at hotel the hans in delhi, and it was an absolutely horrible experience from start to finish. the room was dusty surfaces, stained linens, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in days. the furniture looked like it hadn’t been updated in decades, and everything felt worn out and shabby. the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. it felt like they couldn’t care less about the comfort of their guests. food service at the restaurant on the 15th floor was another disaster—cold and tasteless food. for a hotel that claims to be 4-star, the hans is a joke. i would never recommend this place to anyone. it’s overpriced, poorly maintained, and a complete waste of money. avoid at all costs!
