Hotel staff are non responsive, dull atmosphere. Poor food quality. Pool area and pool was not up to mark

Great hotel in heart of new delhi. Rooms are a bit small, but they’re very clean and the service is fantastic. Housekeeping is excellent, as is the front desk, concierge, restaurants (3 of them, including a fantastic japanese restaurant) and overall management. Saurabh, aryan, harshit tabitha, rakesh, chandhan, umesh, kanwaljeet, praveen, deepak, balwinder, neeraj, vijay, tribhuvan, sunil, mukesh, anil, teena, hardik, gaurav, deepak, sunil, sumit and too many more to name were all wonderful at keeping a very homey feel to a lengthy stay (5 weeks spent at this hotel over the course of 2. 5 months. The buffet is solid and this is the only place i found with mozzarella sticks i’m glad to have found a quiet hotel in new delhi that isn’t micromanaged like the chain hotels that have come to dominate the hotel industry in india over the past 20 years. Whenever i may visit new delhi in the future, the metropolitan will be my first choice!

Lover stay while. I. Stayed at many hotels before but first time me with family used all infrastructure except spa. I used gym and family used swimming pool

Property location was excellent as we had ro fo for our visa submission at shivaji stadium metro station, very near to street food on bangla sahib road. Nice clean rooms and ok breakfast

It is not 5 star property. Staff is not trained. Everyone keep talking among themselves and don't even open the door or serve the food. For in house dining, they served coffee in cup and not kettle. Coffee was cold. But, price is 50% more than other 5 star hotel. Overall, experience is below average.

The price was reasonable for the location as well as the quality of the product. Service was good, not many restaurant options in the property. Safe hotel to stay in at a comparatively reasonable price. Its an old property and need to revamp the reception area.

Centrally located near connaught place. Walking distance from bangla sahib gurudwara. Rooms are fine with decent breakfast. Few good sweet shops next to it, where one can enjoy street food in case not planning to eat at hotel.

Check in was problematic, they didn't take soft copy of aadhaar of my friend and made us wait for sometimes. Internet was slow and was having some technical issues. Otherwise everything was great. Food, ambience, cleanliness etc were all great. Please work on the courteous behaviour of reception staff
