Room service and room was not good even telephone is also not working properly…hand washing machine is not working properly…overall room is not good …but price is too high and room quality is very low

Location is excellent. Very near to indraprastha apollo hospital. Spacious room. Good staff. 100 vegitarian.

Poor room service. Only good thing was the tea which was really good but the food taste was horrible. I had to constantly request for room amenities everyday from soap to towels

It's a typical business hotel. However the rooms look well maintained and hygienic. The staff is very cordial. Only thing to point out is that it's a strictly vegetarian hotel and no veg is served not even egg.

Booked the stay for 7 days. Pros: 1: the ambience is nice, location wise. 2: rooms are cozy and linens are clean. Cons: 1: security is at stake, lost in cash from my locker, not functioning over all. 2. Management doesn’t give it a damn about the concern, defended the staffs and said we run a check at our end and we couldn’t find anything fishy, and asking for how could i believe you, they don’t have any answer to it, filled the feedback form, awaiting for the response, 3: brekafast is boring only veg not even eggs in the breakfast and staff are poor with the service. 5. Claim it to be 4-star but trust me on this it’s not 4-star from anywhere.

Room size is good, hotel location on prime location but room not clean. For hot water gazer not available so hot water depend on solar system only. Staff not supportive.

The manager was insensitive, unhelpful and discourteous. His attitude made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. He created an unnecessary fuss to make me feel you comfortable.
