As a solo lady guest, i stayed in this hotel where safety is really their concern. The staff are very genuine and humble, cooperative. The location is also good and in the market, metro, and karol bagh main market is very near. Food is also good. I suggest/recommend using this hotel as your safety and nice stay. 5 out of 5

Very old un cleaned bedsheet with smell. No flush working in washroom dirty water for bathing breakfast was included but poor quality.

There's no one to disturb you, the staff will not bother you until you call them and ask something. Food is amazing. And overall experience is excellent

Room was so uncleaned, just too bad, i only know how i survived staying with this property, the washroom was full of yellow stains n too bad hygiene, was feeling so uncleaned while sleeping on the bed, it was just uncleaned

Lately stayed here it was good hotel, there is no buffet breakfast available instead have to choose from set menu. Rooms are spacious, hygiene was ok. Staff is cooperative but you need to be cautious as they have charged cost of bisleri water during checkout which i'd actually not purchased and had a debate about. Overall it was good stay at this hotel

Room was cleaned and sanitized. Staff's behaviour was good and they wore mask all the time. Food was delicious and delivered within 20 minutes.
