Door knobs were broken for bathroom and main door. The staff were polite.

Other good options are their pls don't book this hotel

When i reached the hotel, they told me all the rooms were booked and shifted me to another hotel. I have no other option, and the hotel in which they shifted me was of low standard.

Stayed in the vivek hotel, paharganj as i had gone for my visa interview and the hotel is not very far from the vfs center, new delhi. Staff was very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

It's totally different as shown in photos reality: no cleaning, bed sheets are very dirty, water is continuously leaking from ac, especially no hot water for bathing, wifi is connected but no internet, tv is not working.

Very very terrible and don't go to this hotel, dont go to this hotel. Sorry.
