dirty room, bad cleanliness, poor quality of everything, even i shifted in three room three times in one night, overall terrible experience you guys provide, Never recommend OYO. Premium hotel is doing the same kind of terrible experience to customer which is completely unacceptable.

No towel, no shampoos, no soap, no toothpaste in the washroom, even no key of the room given by the staff on request.

The pictures that are shown is taken when the property was brand new. The rooms and bathrooms were in pathetic condition. The walls damp, the toilet stained, there was no water onetime in the bathroom, the ac was not working even at 16 degrees. We had to ask the staff to clean our room after our check-in. There were used wrappers and packets on the floor from the previous guests, there were hair allover on the night stand. The bedsheet and pillow covers were really dirty which we requested to change. We literally had to as for towels, toilet paper roll, water etc. The pictures on given is misleading. So please update with original pictures.

I search the hotel and found that the prices of the hotel is very cheap. I had booked the hotel for an instant trip, yet i found reasonable price.

I had to visit fortis escort heart institute. This property was very near to the hospital. Moreover, during the short stay, i found the property near and clean and people were friendly. Location of the property is also good.
