It was terrible stay in hotel townhouse nangal raya on 04-nov-24. The room was very small, lacked toiletries, and had a broken, dusty almirah with no space to hang clothes. The hotel denied to give complimentary breakfast even it was included in my booking, and the staff were unresponsive. The walls were dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, and overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

Initially they denied the check-in saying they couldn't give a booking on the price mentioned on make my trip. Later on they provided us with a very dirty room with no ac, tv, geyser. Although we have booked the room including complimetry breakfast, they refused to give any breakfast in the morning saying we can't provide you breakfast in your booking. Overall it was a terrible experience.

The hotel provided the worst room with leaking toilet water from the roof and denied any change of room after initially agreeing to it. Also they don't serve complementary breakfast which you have no option to opt out but you pay for service which is never provided

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire place was filthy, with dirt and grime everywhere. The bedsheets were stained and clearly hadn't been changed or cleaned properly. There was a complete lack of hygiene throughout the hotel, making it an uncomfortable and unsanitary experience. To make matters worse, some of the staff appeared to be intoxicated, which is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Not a good stay asked water bottle denied complimentary breakfast denied mosquitoes all around good night machine denied untidy rooms zero safey wash basin broken dirty washroom front desk staff unpleasant and rude. Hourly base hotel for tuk tuk. Not for regular stay.

the stay at oyo townhouse 475 was pathetic, it's more of a lodge than a hotel. incompetent staff, unclean premise, poor rooms, etc etc. i won't recommend anyone to stay there as it waste of money and time.

Too limited in amenities to be called a hotel. Price needs to be lowered

I will start with what was good about the experience. The food was affordable and fine with good quantity (provided not by the hotel but a separate restaurant in tie-up. The manager is polite and sincere in behaviour. However the rest of the staff is unprofessional and uncooperative. The rooms are not at all clean like what you'd expect from a hotel. I had a lot of stress just to make them change pillow covers. The staff member attending to the issue downright refused to change the bedsheet and blanket even if there were visible spots. He was just being lazy and aggressive. I wasn't comfortable raising the issue as the reception folk just turns a blind eye to any situation and casually treated any of my concerns. They didn't provide breakfast even if they had mentioned in their amenities. They didn't even have a dining hall. They had a tie-up with some restaurant so we had to pay for the food and were not allowed to order food from outside. The establishment is advertising itself as a hotel but actually it's just a motel or inn where you only pay for the space. They don't provide anything else in service. They should provide correct description and lower the price because if they advertise what they truly provide with appropriate cost then one would understand. I had paid for a good standard hotel but the experience is not worth the money they charge.
