I have never seen the worst oyo like this. No cleaning, staff was not cooperative, TV was not working and bed sheet was very dirty also bed mattress was too noisy. Nothing to stay.

Unhygienic, filthy, corrupt staff. Literally the worst hotel experience in my entire life. 1) I only booked this hotel because It was mentioned that early check-in is free/complimentary, but the staff demanded extra 600-700 rs for merely 1 hrs early check-in and behaved rudely despite many rooms were vacant and available. People who came after me & those who were giving extra money above booking amt were given rooms. 2) No lock/ keys for the rooms. I was given room no. 306 but the staff said no keys available. 3) Got it expensive The receptionist told it was much cheaper 4) Bathroom was clogged with hair, no water will drain. Toilet seat and pot dirtier than a public toilet. I have clicked pics for reference. 5) cigarette buds and filth spread all over the room and near the bed and alcohol bottel caps. Pics uploaded for reference. 6) The glass for drinking water was stinking and sticky dirty, as it was never washed. 7) The shower was clogged and not working. 8) Lift not working. Got Room at the 4th floor so had to use stairs all times. 9) Staff were careless and "chapri" boys and there friends doing all kinds for unholy things. 10) No towels provided, and no other toiletries like brush, toothpaste, soap given. Overall I could only think of running away as soon as i realised all this, but unfortunately i had already paid full in advance and strategically the staff gave me room after the cancellation and refund time 11:59 am was already over. I would definitely argue brothels will be cleaner than this hotel.
