my guest checked in and checked out in an hour 😕, horrible experience! and so embarrassing in front of my guest who was traveling for my wedding at chattarpur, Oyo townhouse was an absolutely shocking experience!!

Worst experience. No hot water, no breakfast provided as per the booking. To confirm my room i had to wait for one and half hour. Even after booking and paying full amount for the room 7 days earlier i was told that the booking wasn't made. After the argument they agreed to provide the room. I would not recommend any visitors to opt for this hotel. Zero ratings. Mm t to note that your intervention is very necessary in this case.

Room was not booked when reached, waited more then one hour, breakfast was not provided for two for two days. Room no. 106 was given to us.

I had a terrible experience. The room was full of dust and cockroaches. How can you make someone stay in such a room, that too in the name of high rating and non-refundable amounts. I don't have images but the experience of the stay was terrible. The cockroaches were even on the bed.

No hygiene, no toiletries, no water, no breakfast, ac was not working well. I wanted to go out and they did not have the keys for the rooms, all they had to say is we have cameras every where you don't have to worry, no one will go in your room. The lift was not working for certain floors. Lights were broken. It was such a horrible experience.

No ac, coupled with electrical issues with the rooms will leave you tossing and turning in your bed in the delhi heat. Management is unapologetic, and somehow okay with the state of affairs, which are extremely shoddy. You’ll be better off throwing your money down the drain, rather than stay at this hotel and experiencing the lowest of lows. Strictly avoid, or, be prepared to write a similar review of your own.

Room was so small. Stains was on bedsheets and curtains. No dust-in was there, tissues was not there as we wanted to stay for 24 hours but due to unhygienic of room we did not stay for long time. Pathetic service it was. And one of your staff was saying that from next time do not book room by make my trip. Book room by hotel side.
