Terrible Stay

This was my worst experience with treebo galaxy. Because they are maintenance the hotel well. And not treating guest in polite way. Especially breakfast is very terrible. I got food poisoning as well. They just throwing food to like dog nobody bothering if we go for breakfast and no buffet concept. It's totally 0 value. Please don't take bookings for this hotel. I didn't take any pictures

One of the worst hotel with no water supply and no staff to attend to customers. As per reservation breakfast is to b supplied but nothing given until 9:30 inspite of request

Terrible Stay

Embellish inn was a disaster. There was no water in d hotel. The rooms were dirty. It was total waste of money. Will approach the consumer forum for refund. Backwash. Not required. Mmt will face d music in d court

Pleasant stay

When i went to delhi for a business tour, i stayed in this hotel for 1 week this is a good hotel to stay and the pal-am metro station is also nearby. These people keep the hotel completely clean, and the hotel staff is also very cooperative. Price is also very reasonable. Ramphal chowk is also near it. Overall experience is good.

Manageable stay

Location was good, breakfast i was not given any option as only aloo paratha was there, when u see amenities noting was there even water i have to call and ask, dental kit not there, no bathroom amenities, ac remote not working, no soundproofing in rooms can hear each and everything happening around and couldn’t rest at all, at night i got an another room where the disturbance was not there but room was not maintained full of mark and dusts everywhere not as per treebo standards. Can recommend this place for a night stay if not have any other options.

I thought it was centrally located. Easily access-able to the local market & metro station. Just within walking distance or a rickshaw ride. This is a huge selling point for me. The establishment is well maintained, rooms are clean. Whatever the shortfall is more than made up by the friendly staff. Special mention for person manning the reception counter during the day.

Took extra charges

As per thier rule they should allow us for early checkin as per the availability. But they gave the room but taking extra charges. Which i found unfair.

Staff is good. Hospitality is nice. As camp-are to other hotels. Location wise peaceful atmosphere. No disturbance at all you can come n stay if you want no disturbance n n joy your stay food is also good. N having n number of items need-not to go to outside for food. Overall recommendable. Whatever shortfall one might find in terms of location, infrastructure etc at treebo is more than made up by the friendly staff. Special mention to the people manning the check-in desk over the course of the day. They were most helpful.
