Washroom was not maintained properly, all there is old set up and should be updated with time. Food facility is good, fast preparation, in room service is also there. In short average hotel with service in respect to price.

Room size was terrible and the room stinked. The management was not very supportive and the neighborhood is also quite terrible.

The hotel was okay but therr was the constant smell of cigarette in the room and the exhaust fan in the washroom was not working. The sheets were not clean as it had hair in it and the blanket was the same. Although the staff were nice and friendly.

Don’t believe the photos. The room is very narrow and spaceless. I booked two rooms. One room‘s door is not functioning well. If you are a strong man you can open that. Otherwise always ask help of floor boy. Bathroom is also like that. Not clean and when we flushing the entire things coming from wash basins drainage and will spread all over the bathroom. Only one thing i can give some positive marks thats is food. Otherwise the entire things terrible.

First of all on arrival i was told there were no rooms available even though i had booked them just an hour ago. Then i had to walk around 500m to another hotel and had to pay extra for the room and in totality made a huge loss financially. Late check-out wasn't available and my trip went way over budget just because of this one mishap. If the rooms aren't available and it's non refundable isn't the customer stuck with no rooms and just have to spend more. I used to trust this application as other members of my family use it but now it's like i won't be preferring to use this application to book rooms or tickets or anything for that matter.

Stay was good. I always look for the clean rooms, specially the bathrooms and this property has really clean bathroom. Food in this hotel is also really good just that the chare some extra amount in food and water bottles as service charge, which i found not at all good and fare. Other than that everything was good.

The room service was excellent food is also very good staff behaviour was also very polite and they also provided taxi and tour services but the only thing i want to mention is that out two same room which we booked they provided us both different other room which was provided was very small
