I booked executive room, but room wasn't ready. It was late i was forced to shift in smaller room, breakfast minimum option a loo paratha, ch-ole bature, bread omlette n puri sabzi. Adding to your woes. U can opt any one. That won't be sufficient at all. If you want extra portion u will be charged for breakfast. I request like warm water while having breakfast i was made to wait 15-20 min, breakfast too was served after 15-20 min of wait. Horrible hotel don't go for it.

Cushions at the hotel room were terribly dusty, they did not even change the coushion covers. No hand towel or face towel were even provided

The property location is good and you need to say where is v mart to reach this hotel. Food was average and they took a lot of time to complete the order. They charged me for the complementary water too. Nothing is on time with this property.

When i asked for tea, they served me cold tree. And i didn't like that there was no response by the restaurant. They were not helpful.

Location & connectivity: 4. 5. Located in the busy vip chowk and auto are readily available rooms : 4. 5 (executive room. Hotel has power backup which is a huge relief given the power situation hygiene : 4 - rooms/toilets/bedsheets were clean. Towels were washed however had some stains (sindoor) restaurant: 3. 5 - food was tasty and portions were quite large and they helped customize (had a req for w/o. Onion and garlic) however found the preparation to be quite spicy and oily. Service: 4 - staff is helpful but needs to be nudged.

Ac was not effective, geyser was not working. Tv was also not working properly, room was not upto the standard. Food was good but time taken to make it ready was much more than required. Otherwise location, room service was good. Hotel was close to mandir

I have go deoghar for worship of babanainath dham in sawan. Baba dham dewgar is very nice place for worship.

Stayed for 2 days here. Centrally located, very near to baidyanath temple, and also anukulachandra ashram. The food was also good, room is well maintained. Value for money spent.

They provided a room with an indian toilet, upon asking for western toilet they simply said when you need to use the washroom please call the reception and they will arrange. How ridiculous. Also absolutely no amenities provided for business travellers along with towels full of stains

Darshan with family and relatives was very pleasant. But the service of the hotel was very slow and poor. 1. In the name of extra bed, the provided a thin mate-rest on the floor of the hotel, where old person can not get rest. Cost of extra bed was more than a half of the room rent. 2. Service was poor, may be due to less number of workers. 3. Food was good, but costly. 4. They do not provide towels etc adequately to the guest.
