Comfortable stay but improvement required

Smoking smell was throughout present in the corridor, no bathroom or foot mat was placed in the room. Breakfast menu was limited and not so tasty. However, room service was good. Lunch and dinner was diversified and tasty.

No hot water and service terrible. The staff promised to provide hot water but id not come. Senior citizen were not considered

The location of the hotel is good. It is one of the best hotels near baba temple. Food is so delicious. Staff behaviour is very polite and helpful in nature. All amenities are superb. Clean and clear hotel.

Good ambience. Neat and clean room. Spacious parking facilities in the basement. Housekeeping group should be more alert. Smart front desk. We stayed on 2nd floor where lord ganesh offered blessings.

Location is approx 500m from mandir. The staffs were nice & co-operative. As a 3 star property rates were quite reasonable for accommodation and food. Overall nice experience and highly recommended.

The hotel was neat and clean. Food is also good there. Staff was also good. Only problem i had there was at the checkout i lost my key card. They charged me rs. 300 for the same. I have stayed in many hotels and magnetic keys are arranged on the fly and nobody charge extra for that. That was the most disappointing part. Other than that stay was good.

Ekta international deoghar not value for money

Decent hotel, i chose for suit room, size and design wise it was less, hotel arrangements, and behavior was found good, room bed sheets looks like used one, not washed one. Toilet arrangements were found decent. In the breakfast idle, jalebi taste was found horrible. Other items were found ok. Total stay quality was average, but it was not value for money. I suggest, if you want to choose this hotel, go for a bare minimum quality room. If you pay more, that is fully wastage, there are plenty of hotels in the area, which serves for lesser quality stay at a cheaper price

Located near baba baidyanath temple, rooms & washroom are spacious, clean, well appointed & posh, food is good, service is courteous. Tariff is reasonable considering quality of room & services. Overall, value for money hotel.
